I’m a neuroscientist, writer, and educator who believes that the stories we tell — and the ones we’ve been told — shape how we move through the world. My work lives at the intersection of science, story, and identity. I offer support for people who are learning, unlearning, writing, healing, or just trying to make sense of things.
If that’s you, here’s how we might work together.
I help people and organizations communicate complex ideas in ways that feel human. With a background in neuroscience and a decade of experience in education and research, I write and edit content that’s clear, accurate, and grounded in real-world impact. If you’re working on something that lives between science and story, I’d love to help shape it.
If you’re a student, researcher, or lifelong learner who’s been told you’re “smart but scattered,” “bright but inconsistent,” or “capable but not reaching your potential,” I see you. I offer one-on-one support for folks navigating school, burnout, executive function challenges, or writing blocks. We’ll work together to find what helps you learn, focus, and move forward — without pretending to be someone you’re not.
Some stories are hard to tell. Some feel too big, too messy, or too unfinished. I work with people who are writing about their lives — not just to publish, but to understand. Whether you’re working on a memoir, a personal essay, or something you’re not ready to name yet, I offer coaching, editing, and quiet encouragement. We’ll move at your pace, with care.
I also offer custom workshops, content strategy, and neurodivergent consulting for creatives, educators, and organizations. If you don’t see what you need here, let’s talk.
